Job Title: Organisational Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a senior member of our team, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and own solution design. Your expertise will help us deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs.

For success in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design.
  • A client-focused mindset, proactive in understanding and responding to client needs.
  • Previous experience in professional services consulting or internal consulting is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to ask better questions, listen actively, and convey ideas effectively.
  • Continuous learning and collaboration skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and provide recommendations.
