Night Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct regular safety checks to ensure the well-being of residents and staff, responding promptly to any issues or emergencies overnight.
    • Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies with professionalism and composure.
    • Provide friendly and approachable support to residents as their primary point of contact for welfare and assistance needs.
    • Accurately complete administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing in a timely manner.
    • Efficiently respond to resident concerns like noise complaints, disturbances, and lockouts, resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian working rights.
  • Working with Children's Check (VIC).
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Prior experience in accommodation, hospitality, or security industries.
  • Experience managing overnight responsibilities and autonomous work environments.
