Role Overview

This role is a key contributor to the delivery capability, supporting high-impact initiatives that advance strategic priorities. You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions, facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, and support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions achieve intended outcomes.



Responsibilities
  • Develop business requirements that enable impactful projects across the organisation.
  • Provide input and analysis to support business cases for strategic initiatives, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging existing systems or implementing new solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collect, analyse, and document business and functional requirements to guide solution design and delivery.
  • Design solutions that align with organisational priorities and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare test plans, user guides, and communications to support User Acceptance Testing and successful solution adoption.

Requirements
  • A strong background as a Business Analyst with extensive experience and skills.
  • Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently collaborate with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and senior management.
