**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Workforce Planning team as a Resource Planner.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in effective rostering of ground crew to meet operational requirements and on-time roster publishing. You will provide essential information to relevant stakeholders to improve resource management processes.

  • Allocate team members to shifts efficiently and in line with local airport requirements
  • E nsure equality, fairness, transparency, and procedural compliance of allocating team members to shifts
  • Maintain accurate data in the roster system
  • Publish rosters on time as per agreements and quality standards

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in rostering and resource planning processes, theories, and methodologies
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • A high level of prioritization, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
