Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the operational management of our sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective rostering for staff and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the operational management of our sites
  • Develop and maintain accurate rosters for sites and individual client supports
  • Respond to and manage employee queries regarding rosters and shifts


Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in rostering or call centre/customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database experience


Further Information:
  • A strong interest in disability support is highly valued
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rostering or a related field
