This role is part of an experienced team supporting residents at our Toowoomba facility.As the Rostering and Payroll Clerk, you'll help create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for residents.
Our Toowoomba facility features peaceful landscaped gardens and comfortable accommodation options.What's on your CV is important, but what's in your heart matters more.Because at St Vincent's, kindness works for us.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support related to rostering and payroll for the facilityAssist with scheduling and attendance processesSupport a consistent fortnightly rosters pattern for permanent positionsMaintain high standards of customer service and effective communicationFollow directives as per care plansQualifications & RequirementsRelevant experience in a similar administrative/ rostering roleExperience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable)High level of customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsAbility to follow directives per care planUnderstanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities (beneficial)Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
