Overview

High Profile Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure services across the department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the Technology & Enabling Program and other approved projects, ensuring controlled progression through Departmental environments.

Job Description

The Executive Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading the Technology & Enabling Program and other approved projects;
  • Liaising with ICT operational, relevant business areas, and other project areas for the controlled progression of projects through Departmental environments;
  • Undertaking high-level stakeholder consultations including cross-agency clients/customers;
  • Managing program budgets and preparing program financial forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful Executive Delivery Manager will have experience in:

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of complex ICT infrastructure programs and/or projects;
  • Proven ability to work within a structured ICT and project management governance framework and deliver results that adhere to relevant Commonwealth standards and policies;
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring and controlling resources, revenue, and expenditures against the project budget;
  • High-level management skills, including the ability to lead, plan, and deliver to a high standard, on budget, and within tight timeframes.
