Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Develop products knowledge and their applications
  • Understand customer value and its impact on manufacturing and supply chain
  • Understand manufacturing processes and drivers of quality, cost, safety, reliability, speed, waste, and delay
  • Apply structured problem-solving to drive continuous improvement within the plant
  • Deliver technical tasks in compliance with quality, safety, and project management procedures and controls
  • Effectively contribute to team and project goals
  • Carry out work in a safe manner, in accordance with safety procedures
  • Actively participate in improvement projects
  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives and contribute to 5S and Kaizen activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
