Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with new technologies and procedures
Requirements:
  • GCSE/O level passes Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including English and Math
  • Recognised ICT qualifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Ability to pass DBS Checks
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of IT experience; experience using various Microsoft programs; experience with IT technologies including Windows 10/11, Desktops, Laptops, Mobile devices, Servers (Windows Server, Linux, Azure Cloud, 365, Exchange, Entra, Intune portals)
