**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Korean-Speaking Account Manager to join our incredible team. As our business expands rapidly through regional growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive sales for our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive sales growth by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services
* Provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction
* Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets
* Expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products

**Requirements**

* Minimum of two years of experience in the Forex industry
* Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields would be advantageous
* Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
* Strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive in addressing challenges, and displaying a problem-solving mindset
* Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences
* Proficiency in English and Korean Speaking with solid understanding of Korean market and business culture
