Account Manager

Reporting to our National Sales Manager Infection Control, the Regional Business Development Manager Infection Control position is responsible for directing and managing all Sales and Business Development for the Getinge Infection Control portfolio. This role focuses on the QLD North territory, encompassing all metro and regional sites north of the Brisbane River.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Plan Implementation: Develop and execute the CSSD Infection Control and Endoscope Reprocessing strategic sales plan across the QLD North territory.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, drive growth, and direct marketing operations.
- Client Account Management: Directly manage client accounts, maintain key customer relationships, and develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
- Market Share Growth: Increase market share of CSSD Infection Control and Endoscope Reprocessing products throughout the year, meeting or exceeding corporate market share goals.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain key customer relationships, aligning with Corporate Revenue and Profit Growth objectives.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Commercial Operations, participate in Corporate Partnerships, Sales Effectiveness and Training, Contracts, Tenders, Bids, and Projects.
- Market Analysis: Identify new high-growth markets for new products, develop strategic plans, and business strategies for new products, leading annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.
- Representation: Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings, promoting the company and fostering positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Inventory Planning: Collaborate with Operations and Finance to achieve accuracy in inventory planning and forecasting, ensuring general internal warehousing process compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Techniques: Demonstrated knowledge in sales-related techniques.
- CSSD Experience: Experience working in a CSSD setting of a hospital is advantageous.
- Strategic Planning: Strong ability to plan and manage territory at both strategic and operational levels.
- Influential Presence: Robust impact and presence, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and influence people.
- Consultative Selling: Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.
- Healthcare Environments: Comfortable in various healthcare/medical settings and environments.
- Commercial Awareness: Solid commercial awareness with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel: Ability to travel to regional areas.
- Flexibility: Flexible attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize different activities.
