Job Title: Strategic Idea Validator Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Idea Validator to join our team at Careerlink People Solutions. As a key member of our innovation squad, you will play a critical role in helping businesses unlock their potential and develop cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to identify and validate entrepreneurial ideas that have the potential to drive real impact.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder validation strategies, engaging with key stakeholders and gathering valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyse market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and potential pathways for executing on validated ideas.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to gather insights and synthesise data to support idea validation.
  • Critically evaluate validation learnings and provide actionable feedback to team members.
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and deliver compelling analyses to stakeholders.
  • Participate in ideation workshops and facilitate sessions to drive creative problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Experience with various innovation frameworks, including design thinking, customer journeys, and business model canvases.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • A bias towards action, resilience, and a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Curiosity, lateral thinking, and the ability to develop solutions to commercial problems.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Related experience in innovation consulting, product management, or business operations.
  • Human-centred design research methodologies and workshop facilitation expertise.
  • Dual or second degrees in Engineering or Business.

Salary Range: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
