We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role- Face-to-face customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
- Greeting customers and visitors at reception
- Ensuring customers have the best possible experience within the Branch
- Providing support to the manager and assisting with daily operations
- Keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
- Undertaking repair inspections on vehicles
- Exploring customer needs and educating them on services offered
- Scheduling repair bookings
- Resolving customer concerns and following up on customer queries
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current driver's license
- Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
- Support for the Branch manager with administrative tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
