Customer Service Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work as Immunisation Support Officer providing quality front-line customer service at immunisation sessions.
The role entails assisting in the organisational aspects of community and school immunisation programs, including data entry support and managing administrative duties for the Maternal and Child Health team.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality front-line customer service at immunisation sessions.
- Support the organisation's immunisation programs by providing data entry assistance and managing administrative duties.
- Handle phone lines, appointment bookings, and general enquiries; act as the face of the team.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a business support/administration environment to help deliver outcomes in Immunisation and Maternal and Child Health.
A strong background in customer service, data entry, and administration is highly desirable. Experience with systems such as CDIS, AIR, and/or CIRV software would be beneficial.
