Support Care Associate
We are seeking Support Care Associates to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to prioritize client needs. They will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, personal care, and personal development to clients who may require assistance with various tasks such as mobility, hygiene, toileting, eating, and drinking.
Support Care Associates will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide a range of community living services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community.
The successful candidate will hold a Current First Aid and CPR certificate, National Police Check, Valid Australian Driver's License, reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance, Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, and the right to work in Australia.
As a Support Care Associate, you will have access to casual rates starting at $35.00 per hour, superannuation, online resources for ongoing development, 24/7 support from managers, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of people in the local community.
