This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and plans that drive client acquisition, marketing, and enhance stakeholder engagement in our allied health services across regions and sectors.
The successful candidate will support the Growth and Engagement Manager in developing and maintaining effective key business relationships, creating pathways for clients to enter our lines of service.
To optimise the balance between referral growth and staffing resource capacity, you will provide vital support to our organisation's marketing (digital and other) programs and campaigns.
About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of a client growth and stakeholder engagement strategy aligned to ClearSky Allied Health's goals.
  • Implement and manage social media posts and campaigns, marketing and advertisements, events, and exhibitions to raise awareness and promote our service offerings.
  • Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong connections and grow referrals.
  • Take a supporting role in market research, networking, and relationship building to uncover new business avenues.
  • Represent ClearSky at public events and community activities in support of business development and talent acquisition goals.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and communications that support increased referrals and employment candidates from various stakeholders.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with government and non-government service providers for ongoing support.
  • Manage and maintain our marketing and exposition resources including physical and virtual assets.
  • Support talent acquisition plans and goals through proactive communication and solicitation of potential candidates in various settings.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities, progress, and results for the Executive team.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of NDIS policies, guidelines, pricing arrangements, and practice standards.

Key Accountabilities
  • Meet client referral targets set by the organisation through effective development and implementation of strategies and plans.
  • Meet organisational social media audience growth goals through implementation and management of marketing and communications plans and resources.
  • Attend community and stakeholder engagement activities that contribute to organisational goals for growth, networking, and industry representation.
  • Maintain the highest standards of stakeholder satisfaction and engagement to maximise client retention rates and repeat business opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years in Business Development and/or Relationship Management experience within the NDIS, health and human services, or other applicable industries.
  • A willingness to learn and use software and other technologies to support business development and marketing goals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for participant growth and service expansion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse market data to make informed data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated competence in the utilisation of Microsoft Office Suite and associated computer applications.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Possession of or willingness to apply and qualify for a 'Positive Notice for Child Related Employment' (Blue Card).
  • Possession of or willingness to apply and qualify for a 'Positive Notice' issued by Disability Services Queensland (Yellow Card).
  • Possession of 'Proof of Vaccination' for COVID-19 in accordance with ClearSky policy.
