A key client is seeking an experienced professional to deliver a people-focussed organisational change initiative on a 12-month contract in their transformation and change team.

This role offers the chance to lead change management activities for various initiatives and projects, while supporting our people strategy.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management and communication strategies, engaging key stakeholders, measuring change management effectiveness, and coaching stakeholders to become effective change leaders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement change management and communication strategies to achieve business outcomes.
- Engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure successful delivery of change management initiatives, with a focus on developing a change management mindset and maturity.
- Create change management tools and artefacts for business stakeholders to sustain introduced changes.
- Conduct business diagnostics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Mentor and coach stakeholders to become effective change leaders.
- Collaborate with the Transformation & Change team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and values.
- Provide regular updates to project teams and senior management regarding change management progress and status.
- Work collaboratively with other teams across the organisation to ensure the integration of change management with other business processes and functions.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Extensive experience in leading change management activities in complex organisational change projects
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Certification in PROSCI or equivalent change management certification, with experience in change management (certifications desirable)
- Coaching experience at peer and senior management level to support leaders to effectively implement and embed change within their teams
- Project management and/or business analyst experience (desirable)
- Highly developed facilitation skills.
