Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our entry into service and phased retirement projects. This role plays a critical part in driving efficient planning, organisational change, and performance alignment across both programs.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and governance across both programs, manage dedicated teams to deliver key outcomes, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and transition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Entry-Into-Service (E190 EIS) and phased retirement of the F100 fleet.
  • Provide strategic leadership and governance across both programs.

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and transition.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Degree level qualification in Project Management/Commerce/Aviation.
  • Demonstrated capability in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving results through effective leadership.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with ambiguity.
