Federal Government Change and Release Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Change And Release Coordinator. As part of our Federal Government client team, you will be responsible for facilitating change risk analysis and communication in a multi-vendor environment.
The ideal candidate would have demonstrated minimum 3 years' experience providing ICT support in an operational or engineering environment. They should also possess experience in stakeholder engagement, change and release management, and working in government or providing services to government agencies is preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating impacts of planned changes to various stakeholders, including the OCIO, business, and vendors. You will also provide reporting on planned changes and post-implementation reporting. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to facilitate change testing, undertake release coordination when required, and attend weekly CAB meetings to prepare notes and disseminate to attendees.
To succeed in this opportunity, you must be able to work collaboratively with the team and the Change and Release Manager to achieve project objectives. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective change management practices are implemented.
