**Job Opportunity:** Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Change Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing change initiatives and ensuring a seamless transition.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Liaise closely with senior stakeholders to develop effective partnering strategies for a smooth transition
  • Provide expert advice and support on change management
  • Produce impact assessments, communications plans, transition plans, and other relevant documents
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across the organization

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably with IT implementation experience
  • Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields
