Job Title: Frontline Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in delivering tailored support for individuals with complex needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred care and has a proven track record in high-intensity, disability support.
Duties:
- Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs.
- Lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies.
- Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team.
- Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals.
- Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and model best practice.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent).
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence.
