Corporate Advisory Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our corporate advisory group, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 2-3 juniors.
  • Provide CFO advisory services including strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation regulations while offering tailored advisory services.
  • Deliver support across M&A's, capital raising, and debt financing.
  • Manage complex financial statements and tax returns with matters including GST, CGT, FBT, and Div7A.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • CA/CPA near completion or qualification.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience within public practice.
  • Australian or New Zealand permanent resident.
  • Excellent communication skills and technologically adept.
