About this Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our team at headspace National. This is a rare opportunity to drive philanthropic income in the area of youth mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies across major gifts, trusts and foundations, individual giving and gifts in will to increase philanthropic revenue.
  • Relaunch and manage a donor program and design a national Gifts in Wills initiative.
  • Build and manage donor pipelines and portfolios, deepening engagement and demonstrating impact to secure long-term support.
  • Oversight and growth of individual and regular giving programs, focusing on acquisition, retention, and donor lifetime value.
  • Cultivate compelling cases for support, lead stewardship efforts, and collaborate with the organization to embed a culture of philanthropy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in fundraising, trusts and foundations, and/or PAFs with a strong record of income growth.
  • Experience in developing and managing donor or philanthropic programs in complex environments.
  • Strong relationship management skills and confidence engaging donors, senior leaders, and Board members.
  • Exceptional writing skills with experience creating persuasive funding proposals, donor communications, and impact reports.
  • Ability to bring teams together, create alignment, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, income forecasts, and KPIs.
  • High degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and personal accountability.
  • A strong commitment to headspace's mission, values, and youth mental health.
