Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager role has been created to provide comprehensive and hands-on support to the leadership team in our Australian business unit.

This position requires a genuine interest in the energy sector, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities to build relationships with staff at all levels.

  • Lead recruitment activity;
  • Support the leadership team in implementing localised HR policies and procedures;
  • Provide advice on remuneration, benefits, promotions, performance management, and disciplinary issues;
  • Manage and maintain our HRIS system;
  • Support the annual performance review process.

A proactive attitude, high attention to detail, organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and coaching style are essential for success.

Key Requirements

Broad experience across the HR portfolio is required.

Previous experience working with an HRIS system is highly regarded.

This role will be based in Adelaide and report to the Commercial Director.
