Infrastructure Project Coordinator Job

The role of an Infrastructure Project Coordinator is to provide crucial support to Program and Project Managers and project team members by collaborating with the team's Project Officers to contribute to effective management of programs and projects. This includes establishing monthly updates and creating new Primavera P6 Schedules through effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

This position involves monitoring project/program spend across the NDP portfolio and taking appropriate action where necessary to mitigate under/overspends in conjunction with key stakeholders.

Additionally, the successful candidate will produce reports on an ad hoc basis, respond to new disaster events through the creation of new projects and modifying existing ones, and comply with the Natural Disaster Program Business Rules, both in terms of adherence and monitoring.

To be successful in this role, you must develop, build, and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders achieving positive business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in road infrastructure projects for similar Australian Road Authorities Projects in a comparable role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or other tertiary civil qualification.
  • Bachelor of Technology Civil or Bachelor of Engineering Civil.

Working Arrangements:

The proposed hours are nominally 40 per week, although no guarantee there won't be more or less hours due to project demands. The role is Gold Coast based.
