Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Transaction Expert. This key position involves collaborating with clients on high-profile mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced problem-solving skills, creativity, and strong analytical abilities. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present key deliverables to clients
  • Identify key client risks, issues, and mitigate these ahead of time
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses
  • Lead engagement teams and set an example
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Report directly to senior management
  • Support business development activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other team members

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, creativity, and analytical ability
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Driven individual with high emotional intelligence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
