This role involves supporting individuals with high and complex care needs, focusing on clients living with multiple sclerosis. We are seeking experienced carers who can provide comprehensive personal care, including catheter management and medication assistance.

The successful candidate will travel to clients' homes to deliver person-centred care, prioritising the safety, well-being, and individual preferences of each client.

We require professionals who possess a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) and current First Aid and CPR certification. A clear NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance is also essential.
