Job Title: Personal Care SpecialistWe are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Specialists. This role involves providing personalized support to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.The successful candidate will have a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Disability and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Supporting clients with domestic tasks and general cleaning
  • Assisting clients with continence care and hygiene, administering medication reminders (if trained)
  • Providing socializing support for clients
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities, promoting community access and inclusion
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Work With Children's Check
  • A valid Victorian full driver's license is required
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Disability
