
Compassionate Family Health Professional Wanted

We are seeking a qualified Family Health Nurse to join our team in the Child Health and Parenting Service (CHaPS). As a Family Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the healthy development and wellbeing of children through growth and developmental assessments, health-focused early intervention, referrals, and connections with other early childhood service providers.
This rewarding role involves supporting families as they transition into parenthood, enhancing parental confidence and capacity, and providing information and services focused on building relationships between children and parents/caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Nursing Care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare in collaboration with individuals, groups, families, and communities.
- Teamwork: interact effectively with clients' families and other professionals to facilitate optimum child-centred healthcare.
- Excellence in Practice: actively participate in maintaining and continually improving the quality of patient/client care.
- Learning Culture: identify and meet client goals in partnership with clients and their families/significant others.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Working with Children Registration.
- Current Driver's Licence.
Desirable qualifications include a recognised child and family health nursing qualification or working towards same.

Salary Details$78,179 to $105,995 per annum (pro rata). Employer 12% superannuation contribution applies. Access to Grade 4 salary range subject to successful application for progression.
