Compassionate Mental Health Specialist

The Allied Health Professional will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality mental health services.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver secondary level mental health interventions to children and families.
- Foster collaborative relationships with service providers including primary health, child health, and parenting programs.
- Analyze client and service outcome data to improve client results.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, service development, and improvement processes.
Tasmania offers an opportunity to pursue a mental health career in a rural setting, working closely with colleagues and patients. The smaller teams facilitate access to decision-makers and involvement in new program developments.
Eligibility CriteriaApplicants must meet the essential criteria, including satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification or registration with the relevant National Board.
