Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Manager

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our services across Australia. This strategic role has been created to drive expansion for our national provider.

  • This role involves managing the day-to-day operational focus of the service, contributing to our organization's strategic direction, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

You will work closely with managers to deliver high standards of service, develop new services, and options for people living at home. Your responsibilities will also include:

  1. Managing current business operations
  2. Driving expansion of the portfolio
  3. Overseeing performance and growth of each region
  4. People leadership
  5. Collaboration with site managers
