Job Description:- Conduct comprehensive person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families, and carers.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, positive behaviour support (PBS) plans tailored to individual needs.
- Promote the elimination of restrictive practices through education, practical strategies, and collaboration.
- Work closely with families, carers, and support networks to build capacity and empower individuals.
- Act as a role model for best-practice service delivery, upholding our commitment to excellence.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working towards a shared mission to enable individuals with disabilities to live more independent lives.

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours. Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector are encouraged to apply. A degree qualification in OT, Social Work, Teaching, or Speech Pathology is preferred, along with passion for supporting complex needs, strong report writing skills, and excellent time management and organisational skills.
