A Skilled Senior Consultant in Transaction Diligence

We're looking for a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team in Transaction Diligence.
As a member of our team, you'll be working on high-profile deals, helping clients navigate complex transactions and achieving financial insights that drive results.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients before, during, and after the transaction. Your expertise will help identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for hidden value, and provide recommendations to enhance deal value.

Key Responsibilities- Due Diligence Engagements: Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers. Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
- Financial Insights: Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and deal structuring. Based on your analysis, write up your findings and recommendations, and project manage information flows while managing key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
- Business Development: Assist Partners and Directors with business development activities and initiatives, contributing to proposals and new business opportunities.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
- Strong Excel skills and high-level proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
- A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly analytical, enjoying the challenge of solving deal value questions within short deal timelines.
- Ability to contribute to the team culture by being actively involved in team activities both within Transaction Diligence and across the organization more broadly.
