Job Description:

The Bookkeeper role is pivotal in supporting the Managing Director and contributing to the successful implementation of MYOB Advanced.

Working closely with a collaborative team within a respected firm, this position offers flexibility with CBD location and work-from-home options available.

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll Administration
  • Assisting with the set-up of accounting modules in MYOB Advanced
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Tracking and managing financial transactions and budgets within MYOB Adv
  • Providing documentation to support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ad-hoc administration and office management duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience using MYOB Advanced
  • Diploma/Certificate in Accounting as a minimum
  • Extensive accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably in a standalone position
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
