- Stock order placement
- Production Data entry
- File organising, scheduling appointments and assisting other staff members
- Answering phone calls
- Complaints management
- Complete HACCP forms
- Collation of production forms from production leaders, review, validate and follow

up variances
- Update Yield calculation spreadsheet
- Respond to staff general queries
- Order receiving
- Data entry for inventory
- Transport Bookings
- Accounts payables/receivables
