Job Title: Aircraft Operations Coordinator

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Aircraft Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for conducting aircraft planning activities, including forward planning, provisioning, modification coordination and production support.

About the Role:

  • Monitor performance against budget and manage programs such as HAPP and MPP in conjunction with the Production Manager.
  • Assist with the management of the electronic maintenance plan.
  • Contribute to a team culture where individual members are valued and recognized for their diverse skill sets.
  • Actively create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by working safely, adhering to instructions and using equipment in accordance with safe operating procedures.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in leadership and sound knowledge of aircraft engineering and maintenance activities with emphasis in a multi-discipline organization.
  • You possess a high standard of technical knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance, planning maintenance and modifications, and forward provisioning and stores activities.
  • You can demonstrate the ability to encourage safety, quality, innovation, cooperation, and continuous improvement throughout your team.
  • You have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a high level of initiative and drive.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Sound knowledge of the relevant CASA regulations and requirements in respect to aircraft maintenance and logistics.
  • A current driver's license.
