Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness and safety are maintained.

The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with strong aircraft maintenance leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.

This role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee fleet-wide modifications, upgrades, and maintenance programs for PC-12, PC-24 and C208 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Leadership of maintenance teams to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
  • Development and implementation of maintenance strategies to enhance aircraft reliability and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with strong leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
