Production Planner Position

This role involves working in a team environment to plan and coordinate aircraft operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance against budget and managing programs such as HAPP and MPP in conjunction with the Production Manager.
  • Assisting with the management of the electronic maintenance plan.
  • Contribute to a culture where individual members are valued and recognised for their diverse skill sets.
  • Actively creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by working safely, adhering to instructions, and using equipment in accordance with safe operating procedures.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in leadership and sound knowledge of aircraft engineering and maintenance activities with emphasis on a multi-discipline organisation.
  • A high standard of technical knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance, planning maintenance and modifications, and forward provisioning and stores activities.
  • A demonstrated ability to encourage safety, quality, innovation, cooperation, and continuous improvement throughout the team.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of initiative and drive.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Sound knowledge of relevant CASA regulations and requirements in respect to aircraft maintenance and logistics.
  • A current driver's licence.
