We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day running of our CX activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting CX research and design initiatives, managing intake and prioritization across the CX Ops backlog, maintaining shared assets and systems, operationalizing design, research & content rituals, tracking usage of tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence - and supporting training as needed, liaising with Procurement, Legal, and Privacy to streamline vendor onboarding and reduce friction, synthesizing market, customer, and competitor insights into usable intelligence, preparing clear, compelling summaries or readouts that help communicate progress, blockers, and wins, contributing to research ops infrastructure - from recruitment to compliance to insight repositories, and keeping CX teams informed and connected, helping bridge across disciplines and teams.

  • This role is grounded in process and delivery, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient intake and delivery coordination. It also involves tools and systems maintenance, including design tools, templates, rituals, and onboarding resources, as well as insight operations, which supports research logistics, compliance, and knowledge management. Additionally, this role requires cross-functional enablement, helping CX navigate Legal, Procurement, Privacy, and other partners.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong bias for getting things done, attention to detail and impact, thrive in dynamic environments where no two days look the same, see systems not just tasks, and always look for how things can run better. You should also be able to work across design, research, product, and engineering; speak their language; and bring a positive, proactive mindset to every interaction.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in CX, Design Ops, UX Ops, Research Ops, or a related coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Miro, Confluence, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A learning mindset - curious, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
