Marketing Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of impactful campaigns that nurture relationships at every stage of the member journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive email direct marketing strategies,
  • Create and manage communication initiatives that enhance existing member experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise group websites.
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting for effective marketing activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams—Sales, Business Development, and Customer Experience—as well as external partners.
  • Partner with agencies to clearly communicate project requirements and timelines.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve future efforts.
