Job Title: Cultural Engagement Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cultural Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering cultural events that promote social connection, participation, health, and wellbeing in our community.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cultural event strategies to enhance the quality of life for our community members.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes and maximize community engagement.
- Design and deliver programs that promote social connection, participation, health, and wellbeing through cultural activities and events.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to plan and execute events within a safe and compliant framework.
- Proven experience in creating cultural events through a community-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate the impact of cultural events on community wellbeing.
