About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts in documenting and managing complex business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups. This includes establishing efficient Agile delivery processes, developing and managing the integrated delivery plan, and ensuring effective status reporting.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing project delivery teams to deliver at pace. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Financial Regulation, Risk Weighted Assets, and ETL, as well as proficiency in project delivery tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Excel.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate aligned outcomes and work effectively across multiple streams. Adeptness at envisioning and communicating a compelling vision to impacted teams is also essential.
