Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex transformation programs that drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver transformation programs
  • Developing and implementing project plans and budgets
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating program progress
  • Coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure successful program delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)
  • At least 5 years of experience in transformation program management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
