
Results Driven Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
- Maintain optimal service delivery to key accounts;
- Exceed sales targets for dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a designated territory;
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their requirements are met by our company's products where possible;
- Implement business strategies to optimize substitution opportunities;
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans, including targets, action plans, and outcomes for each account;
- Provide exceptional customer service using business insights, analytics, and innovative deal-level strategies;
- Address customer concerns and take ownership of territory issues, escalating to the Regional Business Manager if required;
- Record and assess call outcomes in call notes within the required system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales;
- At least one year's experience working within Australia's generic market;
- One to two years' experience in B2B complex sales environments;
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizen or appropriate visa holder).
