We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve customer sales, profitability, and market share targets.
  2. Utilise strong negotiation and net revenue management skills to drive results.
  3. Lead customer profitability initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team.
  4. Develop and maintain strong business relationships across all accounts.
  5. Partner with Marketing & Category teams to identify trends that foster category growth and financial success.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience managing key/national accounts.
  2. Degree qualified (or equivalent), preferably in Commerce, Business Studies, or Marketing.
  3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis.
  4. Proven success in creating, implementing, and reviewing business plans for key accounts.
  5. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of achieving high-level outcomes.
  6. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
