Anton Murray Consulting is a leading recruitment agency specializing in finance and accounting roles. Our clients are seeking an experienced Unit Pricing Manager to join their team.

The role of Unit Pricing Manager is a daily team oversight, client escalation, and client service delivery focused position. The successful candidate will assist with achieving the service delivery of Fund Administration for Asset Manager, Life, and Super fund clients.

This role involves ensuring all client deliverables are completed accurately and timely in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The manager will act as an escalation point for any daily issues when required. They will oversee up to 9 fund accounting staff and have overall management responsibility for individual team members, including performance review, ongoing training, and career progression.

The teams responsible for generating accurate client reporting, including: Fund Unit Pricing, Regulatory and Statutory reporting, Account Reports, and reconciliation issues.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of:

  • Unit Pricing Calculations and Reports
  • Tax Reports
  • Distributions Calculations and Taxable Income Calculations
  • General Ledger integration with the Investment System

In terms of experience, we are looking for approximately 6+ years of commercial experience in fund accounting, unit pricing, and custody, with a working technical knowledge & understanding of the full service model of master custody.

Awareness of financial market securities and solid knowledge of fund products for which you provide accounting services is essential. Additionally, the ability to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions in problem-solving is critical.

We are estimating the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
