Pricing and Rebate Analyst Job Description

Experis is seeking a skilled Pricing and Rebate Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing rebate processes, pricing actions, and supporting business units with rebate analytics, trackers, and calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rebate processes for Business Units and Australia/New Zealand regions
  • Support pricing actions for Business Units and Australia/New Zealand regions
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team and Finance team to ensure timely payment and communication of rebates
  • Reconcile rebate-related General Ledger accounts and True-up (accrual vs payments)
  • Collaborate with local teams and Business Service Centres to manage quarterly forecasts and annual planning processes
  • Support Business Unit Leads with forecasts, pricing, and business opportunities focusing on key accounts and key products
  • Analyze business performance against key metrics and assist in understanding key risks and opportunities
  • Collect and provide commentary on major variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior year actual results
  • Manage consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual sales and expenses, and provide insights into key variances

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in pricing, rebates, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) roles
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Credit note experience is a must
  • Possess analytical skills
  • Ability to provide technical expertise to support cross-functional teams
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
  • Ability to think beyond numbers and combine data with strategy and financial insight
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to meet deadlines and financial requirements within defined guidelines
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior management and possess excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
