Job Title: Site Manager

Project Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury Class 2 multi-residential projects in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction sites with multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards;
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project plans, resolve issues, and implement changes as needed;
- Foster effective communication among site teams, ensuring seamless handovers and minimizing delays;

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in a similar role or senior management position;
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices;
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams;
- A solid track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations;
