
Executive Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing a portfolio of existing accounts, with a focus on retaining clients, driving growth, and securing renewals.
The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. They will also be commercially focused, with a proven track record in driving growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and address complex challenges. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategic account plans aligned with client goals, and monitoring account performance to provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- About the Role:
- This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role that requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and satisfaction.
- You will be working with high-value clients, ensuring their goals are met with our offerings.
- Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your accounts.
- You will also be responsible for overseeing contract renewals, negotiating terms to maximize retention and value.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients

- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in account management or client success
