Lyrebird is a rapidly growing healthtech company using AI to give healthcare professionals their time back — and we're scaling fast.
Our platform integrates directly with General Practice, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics — automating admin, streamlining documentation, and saving clinicians over 2 hours a day so they can focus on care, not keyboards.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Executive to help accelerate growth across SMB clinics in Australia.
You'll own the full sales cycle — from first contact to close — selling into General Practices, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics.
You'll qualify inbound leads, tailor your pitch to different clinic roles, and convert interest into loyal customers. Backed by a strong Go-To-Market team, including onboarding specialists, marketing, and product supporting you at every step.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where performance is visible and speed matters.
About you
You move fast, communicate clearly, and close well.
You handle stakeholders with confidence and take ownership without waiting.
What You'll Own- The end-to-end sales process for SMB clinics
- Inbound and outbound outreach to engage clinic decision-makers
- Collaboration with Product Specialists to deliver tailored demos
- Clear articulation of Lyrebird's value to practice managers and clinicians
- Pipeline accuracy and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Input into sales messaging, process improvements, and GTM feedback loops
- 2+ years of success in SMB sales at a fast-moving SaaS company
- Held titles like Account Executive (AE), Sales Executive, or Inside Sales Representative? You'll feel at home here if you've closed fast and owned pipeline.
- Proven closer with strong written and verbal communication
- Confident handling multiple stakeholders and adjusting your pitch
- Self-directed, dependable, and detail-aware
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Loom, and Slack
- Bonus: experience selling into healthcare or clinics (not required)
